Wuso and 683 Capital sue Maiden for breach of indenture for 2018 Maiden US sale

Wuso Holding Corporation and 683 Capital Partners have filed a joint lawsuit against Bermuda-based Maiden Holding for allegedly breaching a 30-year indenture governing $152.5mn of senior unsecured 7.75 percent notes.
